After repeatedly hearing complaints of burn out from late night cram sessions and the resulting difficulty recalling study materials on exams, I knew I had to do something to HELP.
Students came to my yoga classes and felt great afterward. Then they would sit for hours studying. All of that yogic bliss in mind and body? Gone!
