After teaching college students for years I heard the same stories again and again – stress, aches, pains and body tension associated with hours of studying!

I realized students didn’t really know how to use yoga to enhance their study time.

After repeatedly hearing complaints of burn out from late night cram sessions and the resulting difficulty recalling study materials on exams, I knew I had to do something to HELP.

Students came to my yoga classes and felt great afterward. Then they would sit for hours studying. All of that yogic bliss in mind and body? Gone!

In their place was fatigue, pain and stress all over again and the grades often reflected it.

On top of that I saw so many students graduating with poor life habits.

Countless students reached out to me after a few years in the workforce needing help with health issues because of accumulated undealt with stress and tension.

Why? Bad college study habits had followed them into the workplace.
